Tailor Made Shutters advertises in the LA Times Home section every weekend saying "We Are the Factory" and displaying the BBB logo. They are not a factory; they do not have any of the required licenses to operate a factory and, according to the BBB website, they are not a member of the BBB. So, I believe their advertising is deceptive and misleading.
